I needed to stay in Sao Caetano so the location was excellent for me. The amenities fantastic and for the price, the hotel was exactly what me and my family needed.

Two thumbs up to staff. Every single person (front desk, housekeepers, bartender, restaurant staff), were super friendly & helpful.

Everything was great including room service, bar service. However cleaning needs to be improved. Hotel needs renovation desperately.

I stayed at the bigger room hotel for 2 adults. AC was working very good, comfy bed and mini-freezer with an good room for food.
